Our Business Continuity Assessments fall into two categories.  The first is a free Business Continuity Assessment designed to give someone a good indication of their ability to design and maintain a Business Continuity Plan.

The second Business Continuity Assessment is the most comprehensive assessment available.  The assessment analyzes a company's ability to manage its projects on a Project, Program, and Portfolio basis.  The better processes and procedures a company has, the better it will be able to insure new projects and changes will incorporate Business Continuity into every aspect of the approval process.

This assessment also analyzes internal communication bottlenecks and incorporates Six Sigma statistical analysis within divisions and management levels to insure the results are accurate.

Our training consists of on-site instructor led Boot Camps customized to your specific business.  Additionally, we can produce video based instruction that gives your employees the interaction they need to learn with the flexibility to learn at any time of the day or night.
